The MLA of Andheri west, Ameet Satam speaks on the importance of maintaining the environment around the beaches in India. He has been actively involved in the beautification and cleaning process that has been carried out to help sustain the surrounding of the beach. The MLA of Andheri west has worked side by side with the residents association and also governmental bodies to bring this project to reality. Also speaking on the efforts made by the people living around the Juhu beach area on the maintenance and cleanliness initiatives taken, Ameet Satam urges that this initiative shouldn’t only stop at Juhu, but it should be an example that goes a long way to transform the surroundings of various other beaches in India. The beautification of the Juhu beach doesn’t just remain at the cleanliness initiative but also there have been decorative lights put in place to beautify the beach. This is to encourage citizens and government collaboration in making India a clean and better place.
