Today Met Hon. Deputy Chief Minister Shri. Devendra Fadanvis Ji sought his support & intervention on following issues in my constituency

Met Hon. Deputy Chief Minister Shri. @Dev_Fadnavis Ji today and sought his support & intervention on following issues in my constituency.

1. Relaxation on height for redevelopment projects in vicinity of DN Nagar Airport Authority of India land having transmission towers by swapping the land between BMC & AAI and shifting towers elsewhere to Madh marve and creating public open space on land of AAI at DN nagar as the restriction has stalled redevelopment of old/ dilapidated building of middle class in DN nagar and juhu area.

2. Relaxation on restrictions on development within 500 yards of juhu military transmitter station that has stalled redevelopment of many old buildings of middle class which may be declared dilapidated in future.

3. Restart of #SRAscheme in juhu galli after withdrawal of stay by #ED as it will give permanent homes to more than 5000 slum dwellers.

4. NOC by #Mhada for development of edutainment theme park in Andheri west.

5. Procurement of NOC for preparation of annexure 2 where biometric survey is complete on slums of Nehru Nagar, Indira Nagar and Shivaji Nagar on Airport Authority of India land.

6. Cancelation of old faulty annexure 2 as promised in legislative assembly of Basera sra in Samta magar, Junnat Nagar khajurwadi and preparation of fresh annexure 2 as per biometric survey completed which will facilitate permanent homes for 1000 slum dwellers who are waiting for scheme for last over 20 years.

7. Expedition of laser and sound show at #AndheriWest beach.

Devendraji himself called all relevant officers and instructed for fast expedition of above pending works.
