- State housing policy announced to affordable housing for all and to set the derailed housing process in the state in motion.
- Process to set up lnternational airport at Navi Mumbai speeded.

- Jalyukt Shivaar’, the state’s flagship program initiated irrigation works in more than 10,000 villages across the state. Over 500 crores were raised through the common man for this scheme and over 11 Iakhs hectares of and was brought under irrigation by spending only 3744 crores.
